VERY GOOD: Great family owned farm. The owner Stephen was very hospitable and they have 3 way hook ups. We bought some delicious tender organic lamb and farm fresh eggs.
The Sheperd's Farm
GOOD: This was a quaint little restaurant on the water. The lady that was serving us was also the cook and the cashier, we were skeptical. She swore by the fish cakes, I would have never have ordered them but boy they were delicious!!!
The Station Cafe
VERY GOOD: What a little hidden gem this restaurant is. We never would have ventured here but it was right down the street from the farm we stayed at. We had a great conversation with Cathy the owner. Such a sweet lady, you can tell she loves her business and her customers. She went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast was special! Get the avocado omelet!
The Thoughtful Squash
VERY GOOD: Loved this bar and loved the beer. The vanilla porter was excellent. The building is a historic site and whoever decorated it did a great job. Our bartender Will was a local and extremely knowledgeable about the beer and the area.
The Gahan House
EXCELLENT: Ok so this is the best campground we have stayed at so far. Tim called it a magical place on our travel diary and it truly is. Several beaches, dunes , cliffs and acre after acre of pristine property. The owner, Brian, unbeknownst to us until we arrived, lives a few blocks from us in St. Petersburg, FL. We have never met a campground owner that cares more than he does. You have to stay here if you go to PEI. I will warn you it is very expensive if you go during season, we went in June which is off season.
